The door panel on a Ford Expedition covers the interior door access holes, provides sound proofing for the passenger cabin and adds to the overall interior trim packet aesthetics. Instructions


1. Pry the window switch bezel/arm rest off the door panel with the trim factor. Unplug the window switch wiring harness by plam and establish the bezel/arm rest off to the side.


2. Pry the A-pillar trim plenty off the top-front of the door panel using the trim item. Fix the trim aside.


3. Pry the inner door haft bezel gone with the trim tool.5. Grab the leading and trailing edge of the door panel by hand and lift the panel up and off the door. Disconnect the courtesy light wiring harness from the courtesy light, if so equipped, before moving the panel away from the door.



Set it aside.4. Remove the hex head screws located behind the two bezels and A-pillar trim using the socket set. Set the screws in one place for easy retrieval when reinstalling the door panel.
