Convert A Holley Gas Carb To Alcohol

7. Increase the size of the outlet holes on the main casing of the Holley by 1/4 inch using the drill press. The holes are where the fuel is fed to the metering assemblies.


8. Remove the existing gas squirter from the top of the carburetor. Install the alcohol squirter from the conversion kit. It will thread directly into place.


9. Replace the existing jet with the #100 jet from the conversion kit.


10. Reassemble the Holley carburetor.
