A bulky source of frustration for many advanced scooter riders is the disagreement most encounter when attempting to field their scooter on the centre stand. The centre stand is normally used for maintenence purposes. Many older scooters, on the contrary, rely solely on centre stands for abutment, and can be frustrating, whether not infuriating, to arena. Happily, getting the scooter up on its stand is in fact yet easier than it looks and doesn't desire super-human energy or supply from others.
Instructions
1. Grassland the scooter and bony it onto the kickstand.3. Put the ball of your foot onto the center stand's tang and gently push the center stand downwards until it touches the ground. If you are holding the scooter completely vertical, the center stand should be centered with both "feet" touching the ground.
Whether your scooter does not retain a kickstand, carefully dismount the scooter while holding it up.2. Grasp the scooter by the left handlebar and the grab against on the tail of the scooter, then tilt the scooter until it is perpendicular to the ground.
4. Maintain the same hand positions and lift upwards on the rear grab handle while pressing down firmly of the center stand's tang with your foot. This should be done in one, smooth motion. If performed correctly the scooter will rock onto the center stand.
5. Raise the kick stand and remove the key from the ignition before leaving the scooter.
