Instructions

Locate the starter on the passenger side of the engine, then find the two electrical connectors on the rear of the starter solenoid on the top of the starter. Remove the two nuts securing the connectors to the solenoid, using a socket and ratchet; then push the wires aside.


4. Move to the front of the starter and locate the two large bolts that run through the starter from the bottom and into the engine block. Hoist the front of the Motor lorry with a jack so you can comfortably drudgery under it. Position a place of jack stands under the frame rails of the truck, then lower the jack so the truck is resting on the jack stands.3.


Carefully lower the starter motor down from the engine compartment. Remove the starter from under the truck.
