12. Sand the edge of your windshield with 80-grit sandpaper attached to a small block of wood. Sand the edge again using 220-grit sandpaper.

Run your wrapped finger along the edge of your windshield. This will give you a smooth finish.


15. Remove all the masking tape from the windshield. Reinstall the windshield on your Harley.
