Instructions
1. Remove the negative battery cable from the battery with a wrench or socket and ratchet. Position a jack under the van and raise the passenger side off the ground. Support it on a set of jack stands.
2. Lift the starter motor up from under your MPV and slide the nose of the starter into the hole in the bell housing. Make sure that the solenoid is on the top for the correct orientation of the starter.
3. Insert the two mounting bolts through the bell housing from the transmission side and thread them into the ear on the starter motor. Tighten them with a socket and ratchet then torque the bolts to 30 foot-pounds with a torque wrench.
4. Install the two electrical connections on the back of the starter solenoid.
