Use A Stereo system Inside A Volkswagen Beetle

Connect the wiring harness adaptor to the original harness and the VW antenna adaptor to the antenna wire. Plug the wiring harness adaptor and antenna adaptor into the new stereo. Slide the stereo into the dash, taking care not to crimp or pinch the wires.


Instructions


1. Cleared the hood and disconnect the antagonistic battery cable. Secure the cable so that it can't come in contact with any metal parts.


2. Slide the VW radio Emigration tools into the slots at the sides of the stereo. Application strength to the outside of the stereo while pulling forward. Listen for a click as the clips release and pull the head unit out of the VW Beetle dash.


3. Mount the new stereo into the VW radio mounting kit per the manufacturer's instructions.

Many owners of the VW Beetle yield extensive efforts to customize the vehivle and create it their own. One of the cardinal changes many VW Beetle owners assemble is to upgrade the works radio. Swapping elsewhere the plant head unit gives greater sound excellence and enhanced features than the autochthonous unit. Replacing the stereo in a VW beetle is flashing and child's play with the fitting factor and approximately 30 minutes.


4. Replace the negative battery cable and turn the radio on. Verify all of the radio controls and the speakers are working correctly.
