Attach a 1.5-inch drill bit to your drill with a long extension. You'll need the drill to fit about 10 inches down the exhaust pipe.


3. Insert the drill down the exhaust pipe until you feel it connect with the baffle plug at the end.


4. Drill slowly to let the bit dig in and get a grasp on the metal. Increase speed and pressure to then drill a hole through the exhaust pipe.


5. Start the vehicle to force the metal piece you just drilled out of the exhaust pipe.


6. Add additional holes as needed.
